Something for Everyone

First Baptist Church of Ty Ty is committed to everyone.  We do this by ministering to each and every person.  Babies, Children, Youth, and Adults, Music,  WMU, and other ministries.

  Something for Babies and Preschoolers

We appreciate the importance of early childhood learning.  We offer many nursery, toddler, and preschool activities such as Sunday School, choirs, a mission group called Mission Friends, and Vacation Bible School all to aid parents in providing a strong Christian foundation.   A nursery is provided during each service.

  Something for Children

We continue building on this foundation with programs for school aged children through Children's Church, Sunday School, choir, Missions organizations, Bible Drill, King’s kids, camp, and many other special activities.  All of these programs assist in imparting appropriate personal values and in demonstrating how faith plays an important role to a Christian’s life.  

Children's Church is an extension of "big" Church for children 3 to 7 years old.  Children's Church is provided at both Sunday morning services - 8:30am and 11:00am.     

  Something for Youth

The Youth Ministry for our teen-age’s is very strong and aids them in their journey into adulthood.  This group offers guidance to these young people through the difficult years of Jr. High and High School.  The youth are offered programs in Sunday School, choir, mission groups and their own group that meets weekly where they plan other outings and enjoy a fun fellowship.  This program seeks to provide the essential tools these young adults will need as our future leaders and to support them in obtaining the answers they search for.  

  Something for Adults

Adult Ministries opportunities are furnished for all ages from young to median to senior adults.  Christian growth and fellowship is needed throughout a person’s entire life.  Programs are offered in sports, missions, prayer groups, and fellowships.  Our adult supper club meets monthly to dine and to fellowship at various places.  Also, our senior adults meet monthly with J.O.Y. Fellowship programs.  And, since we are a church family, no one needs to feel left out or not needed.  Adults are welcome to any and all of programs no matter what their physical age may be.

Something with Music 

Our Music Ministry plays a vital role in all of our worship services. Individuals of all ages are invited to join one of our choirs.  Also, everyone is encouraged to share any of their musical talents from instrument playing to singing.
